The penalty of termination is shockingly disproportionate, said the ruling, which noted that engagement in what appeared to be consensual sexual conduct with an adult colleague is not in and of itself criminal or otherwise improper.Paging George Constanza, Mister George Costanza...

There was a time when a teacher could be fired for smoking at home or dating an eligible bachelor. The pendulum has swung the other way now and they probably can’t be fired for smoking crack or staring in porn flicks with animals.
According to liberalism, there is no God. Therefore there can be no morals as to establish them implies one morality is better than the other. Since there is no God there can’t be a superior or overarching morality. So, for right now, only the things I know are immoral are illegal. (But that is an ever changing standard and each liberal’s standard is different.)

Had either one of them been a male there would have been a very different ruling.

For the record, I am personally sick of the dumbing down of our language, there is no such thing as gay “sex”.. what these two committed was Sodomy, period.
There is no such thing as homosexual sex, just as there is no such thing as anal or oral sex.... These acts do not and cannot lead to procreation so they are not sex, they are sodomy, period.

Stupid Judge. The behavior outside the school might no be criminal, but it certainly doesn’t belong in public - especially doesn’t belong in the school room.
Any one with half a brain would know that is a firing offense. Anybody know if their contract has a moral’s clause?
