I’ve heard of snakes getting birds that are left outside on patios or lanais with the same result. Little birdie is gone and fact snake is at bottom of cage.
I feel bad for the dog, but it’s pretty funny that the snake was chained to the cage, from the inside.

I would have chopped that snake into 1” segments with a machete after slitting it open. Poor little dog. Stupid woman, has no business having a pet in the first place.
