Later Obama appoints Brennan as Director of Central Intelligence.

CTH not to mention other media, seems to have forgotten that Senate Intel Staffers were just in the news for stealing copies of classified documents from the CIA, in an attempt to expose harsh interrogation of terror suspects.
So I am shocked, shocked, that the CIA would hack Senate Intel staff computers in an attempt to identify the perpetrators, and/or recover or destroy the purloined data, and/or discover exactly what they had, where and to whom it was being sent. (Whether the CIA was hiding something improperly to cover their butts is another question, but there are legal ways to address such things. They apparently chose the Sandy Berger method instead).
Siding with Feinstein on this might be useful politics, since it pits radical Dem Senate staffers against Obama’s radical Dem administration. But Feinstein’s hands are not clean, and this righteous talk that she was done wrong is hypocritical hooey.
