Slice into steaks about half inch thick.
Rub with raw garlic, salt and pepper.
Slap on a screaming hot seasoned black iron grill.
Wait one minute.
Flip.
Wait another minute.
Remove.
Eat.

Yup, have a farm near us that sells it. We simply plop a nice ribeye on the grill with lemon pepper and cook to medium rare. It doesn’t need anything else! Delicious.

Rub it with olive oil, salt and pepper and on the grill.
Make rosemary potatoes with it and string beans almandine.
Cook it just like bald eagle.
Cook it like you would beef but since it is less lean the cooking time is shorter. Plus, if you have any bones give them to the dogs. Buffalo bones are much harder than beef bones and last longer. Plus the dogs will love it.
