Take one buffalo.

Slice into steaks about half inch thick.

Rub with raw garlic, salt and pepper.

Slap on a screaming hot seasoned black iron grill.

Wait one minute.

Flip.

Wait another minute.

Remove.

Eat.

You will find black pepper is better to put on a steak after it is cooked and rested. The high heat used to cook a steak can make the pepper bitter.
