Planned Parenthood always IGNORES laws on that stuff. They are above the law, so far. Nowhere in the article does it say that Planned Parenthood performed the abortion. In this case, there was probably a complaint made to the police before the abortion, in which case a police officer would have been present at the abortion to take custody of the evidence.
