A bit perhaps but relying on a sight radius of 3” or so is hopeful at best. IMHO, practice, practice, practice can result in a more successful natural pointing. Opinions vary.

All depends on the shooter I have a Jennings 22 pistol sight radius of 3.75 and it has decent sights I can hit soft ball size targets at 20 yards with no trouble.

Having shot a couple of LCPs and similar sized pistols I know with decent sights they would be a lot more useful to me.
