The Langleys also produce a second "true crime" show called Jail which shows what happens when people get booked into some lockup. It's even more amusing than Cops though a lot, too many, of the perps are simply drunks

Here in Maine, they air “COPS Re-loaded” every weekday for an hour at 5 PM on the CW.

COPS Reloaded is shortened, slightly edited versions of what originally aired on COPS. The banter you mentioned about why each deputy of police officer decided to become a cop has been edited out of each segment.

I went to high school with Rich Berry. He graduated a year ahead of me from beautiful Beatrice High School in Beatrice, Ne. He was a nice guy and a really good athlete back in high school. Haven’t seen him since college though.

Kinda weird that he is the mayor of Albequerque. Didn’t see that coming.
