I often joke(maybe joking) that all La Raza needs to do is find some tame Federal judge to say all the Spanish Land grants from 200-300 years ago are valid. And since no one can really claim ownership(unless the family has copies of those grants); then La Raza should hold all lands in a trust until they can determine how to distribute the land to any Hispanic they deem fit.
