I caught a skinny, gauge rings in his ears lib guy flipping the conservative books around at our B&N so the backs showed. I stood behind him as he did it. When he turned around and saw me, he smiled and turned them all back around again. Not a word was said.

I don’t know why he bothered. Everyone knows that conservatives cannot read. </sarcasm>

Great... now he hawk another book in addition to his wife’s tea. I wonder what the over/under is on 9-12 year old kids supposedly calling (and getting into) his show on their own to discuss his stupid books. Good grief.

My sister gave me Rush's "Ted-Tea Bear" as an unexpected Valentine's Day gift.

The softly-furry white critter outfitted in full and glorious colonial military dress is ABSOLUTELY fantastic! Superior quality also. I just love it, even at my age, LOL.

I have named this little ursine hero "Bunky" in honor of the brave Americans who fought the British in 1775 in the pivotal Battle of Bunker Hill.

Bunky will have a centerpiece place-of-honor next time I host a Florida freeper get-together event. Y'all come!

I gave this book to a young lady of ten for her birthday. She LOVED it and couldn’t put it down. All the kids love the talking smart-aleck horse. And she does not come from a conservative family, but still liked learning about history. She is looking forward to the next book.

The limiting factor on kids getting on the show is that you have to wait, often for hours, to get a chance even to talk to the screener. People are doing it because Rush gives away iPads and stuff to child callers who do get through and say nice things.

“Bunky”, eh? After Bunker Hill?

You do know that the locals to Boston call it Breed’s Hill?

Good thing, because I don’t think you’d name your bear “Breeder”...

Cool, I'd like to meet Bunky. Has Bunky been to the Thirsty Marlin yet?

I got mine for Christmas and love it too...

It has it’s own shelf with the book and video.

I bought several books and they are circulating among home schoolers. Each reader was asked to add a comment to the remarks I started it with. I hear they are well received and going to the Charter School now.

I guess I will have to order more of the next book...2 may not be enough judging by the calls to request them by the kids.

I thought TedTea was a good name...now you make me re-think that! LOL

"The locals to Boston call it (Bunker Hill) 'Breed's Hill'. I don't think you'd want to name your bear 'Breeder' ".

Correcto. And I wouldn't want to name him "Hill" either. Too close to you-know-who!

No, Bunky the Bear hasn't been to the "Thirsty Marlin" yet....wherever it is, LOL.

But he HAS been to Mike Ditka's Sports Bar in Chicago to watch a game along with a whole bunch of da fans.
