They invested $2 million in the hope it would yield 1.4 million 17 years from now GUARANTEED (good luck with that)

That is a good idea!
But somehow they manage to maintain that they care about women, but they are disgraceful, it’s like even they themselves cannot face the truth of what they do.

Me too. Of course I had girls in Camp Fire at that time and was a Camp Fire leader and co-president of our local county organization.
SO, we quit that group and started Blue Birds, had the girls all bring 5 Cents a week to put in the kitty and at the end we had a great time/party with the funds, and the girls were safe and sound.
LOL! That must have been a mint of a party!
I always tell the Girl Scouts that I prefer the CampFire mints. Then if an adult is present (usually) I will continue about not respecting life.
Years later the moms said their girls still talked about all the fun we had. so something good came of it, and I had a lot of imagination back then to come up with activities.
