Unidentified because her plastic surgery made her unidentifiable?

How did they know the unidentified woman was 53 years old? Did they count the rings?

She was reportedly kept overnight for observation. Its alleged she had a possible reaction to her anesthesia.Sounds like whoever had the *supervising* shift, fell asleep on the job.
They sure know a lot about this *unidentified* woman....age, facelift procedure. Wonder why they're not saying who it is.

If she hit the ground nude, she left her clothes somewhere and presumably her ID would be with her clothes.

Some of us don't carry ID, even when we're wearing clothes.

What if the headline said: “Woman who jumped from 15-story building was a customer of Target, and bought her groceries at Safeway”
What does it matter who her plastic surgeon was?

“Some of us don’t carry ID, even when we’re wearing clothes.”
When I travel I carry several double postage stamp sized typed lists of next of kin, who I’m visiting, my name and address, etc. I tape these with Scotch tape on both sides in case they get wet. I put one in a shirt pocket, one in my pants pocket and one in my wallet. My luggage has a similar list.
When you die often times somebody steals your wallet, keys and anything that might otherwise identify you, like an inscribed wedding band or watch.
I do this so that if something happens my family will at least know so they won’t keep up false hope. (I assume they’ll hope.)

She appears to have been in care at his clinic at the time of her suicide.

Suicide= a permanent solution to a temporary problem. Or as Jimmy Buffet put it in a song: Permanent reminder of a temporary feeling.
