The Super Bowl has been hijacked by Bill O’Reilly and Barry Soetoro again this year. Barry still thinks that people shive a git about anything he has to say. He’s a liar. He doesn’t have anything to say that I want to hear. Period! (Unless he says he’s resigning immediately and turning the country and government back over to the American people.)
I’m with you. Can’t stand either team.

A reaction to a tidal wave of publicity that is impossible to escape.
I will not be watching the hype of the shows leading up to the game, but I do really enjoy watching good football, and these two teams both play a great game. So I will be watching just out of love of the game, not because I care who wins.
So what will you be doing with the 3 hours that’s so much more exciting?
Have not watched one game this year “end to end”. Heard some on radio. caught a quarter here and there on the ‘net.
What I did see this year in decent resolution was, well; a waste of time. I’ll pay attention in the future when the real cream of the crop rise to the top. Until then, the majority of those thugs on the field will not waste my time anymore.

I suspect it will be more palatable than Obama’s SOTU speech or the Homo-Grammies. But no, I have zero interest in the Super Bowl. And even less than that in terms of the tiresome news items about the Super Bowl “commercials” that always immerse the airwaves the following day.
It’s all become such a doggedly banal routine. I get more and more sick of it with each passing year.

I’m a USC and Occidental College fan, so my season ended last month with the Trojans’ victory over Cal State Fresno. I used to be a Los Angeles Rams fan—which was kind of like being a Boston Red Sox fan between World War I and the Iraq War—but I no longer follow the No Fun League.
