If they can recover the CIN (Chariot Identification Number), they can check on ChariotFax to see if it's been in an accident or flood.

Run it down into Arkansas! You can, for $50, get an absolutely clean title that and the car salesman will say it was ONLY driven by an elderly lady to church on Sundays.
