A Christmas Story In Real Life
Improv Everywhere ^ | 3DEC2013 | Improv Everywhere

For our latest mission, we recreated the famous "triple dog dare" scene from A Christmas Story on an NYC subway car. Instead of licking a flagpole, our character licked a subway pole. Using a prosthetic tongue with a magnet inside, we were able to get his tongue to appear stuck to the pole, much to the surprise of New Yorkers on the train.

It would have been better if when he was pulled away, his tongue stayed stuck on the pole. Wonder what those people would have done then? Ha!

Yep.

You get your tongue cut, and you’re served grilled dog.

They should do one where an old lady robs a black yoot.

One brave soul doing that in NYC (or any other major urban area). I wonder where all those hands that had previously held that pole had been. Could have taken a licking of Francis, Butch, a sick dog, etc.
