True enough for those considered to be Obama’s enemies which in the case of ObamaCare would seem to be 99% of US citizens.

I visited Poland a year after the wall fell. State run TV ran images of Vietnamese harvesting rice. On another station I saw tropical fish.

The local cinema looked like a run down office building. The sign, which imaginatively read, “cinema,” was made from 3/8 in steel, carved with an arc welder, and painted black. It was propped up on the roof.

Oh it is not quite all one way. Lot’s of academics
and other left wing types still view Cuba as a paradise.

Exactly!! But they certainly sing praises to Cuba under the Castro brothers upon their return. But you are right they don’t stay long and when they are there are probably on guided tours and so forth.

Because they see the “Potemkin Village” version of Cuba.
