Fox News host Bill O’Reilly told PJ Media that the American public should give President Obama a break, adding that “nitpicking the president” does not do the country any good.
“President Obama’s got three years left in office. I think he’s going to try to make Obamacare work, that’s his legacy. I think he’ll devote most of his time to that but you’ve got to give the guy a break. He’s under tremendous pressure every day with some new crazy thing in this world,” O’Reilly said at the world premiere of Killing Kennedy in Washington on Monday night. …

I would agree with Bill O. on one thing. I’d give Obama a chance to pull Obamacare out of the fire.
I *would* agree, if I thought that Obama really intended to try to fix this disaster and incorporate ideas that would actually work - like tort reform, cross-state competition, etc. But he doesn’t. If anything, he wants even more government involvement in health insurance. So, I will not be giving anyone a break.
I wish he would go to NPR with Juan Williams!

Didn’t Bill O’Reilly (Ted Baxter) recently cite Obama for introducing communism in the US? And now he wants us to give him a break? Skitzy!
Everyone makes too much fuss over stuff like this.
O’Reilly is very popular and has made millions of dollars doing what he does. He has a formula that evidently works, and he is absolutely the first to say he’s not an ideologue. In fact, he bashes ideologes from both left and right every day.
He states opinions that evidently resonate with a lot more people than most others, which accounts for his top ratings. He’s certainly not about to change because people on anonymous conservative discussion groups don’t like him.
He’s not the story, he’s a highly-paid performer. Why bother even posting about him, or commenting, unless you just like to vent?
