“Zero tolerance” has consequences. Hope that Principal is proud of them self for taking something that should have been a suspension at most into a criminal case.

What is and has always been a prank becomes a ‘sex offense’ in the Bizarro zero tolerance world, a world where people have titles but no responsibility or authority because that would require rational thought and judgment. Instead, they are overpaid button-pressers meting out punishment.
The greatest irony, of course, is that these same ‘educators’ are rabidly in favor of risible gay history curriculum and fully support sickos using the wrong bathroom under the rubric of gender identity disorders.

Suicide? Obviously there were personal and mental issues there that any lawsuit you have in mind won't compensate for. But hey, if somebody's got to pay, might as well be the school........
