Ithaca Police Arrest Naked Burglar

Ithaca — A naked 29-year-old Missouri man was arrested for burglary early Friday morning, according to the Ithaca Police Department. After “exhibiting alarming behavior,” the man was hospitalized for mental health evaluation.
Stephen C. Perll was arrested at 4:24 a.m. after Ithaca police saw him running naked from the 700 block of West Buffalo Street, where officers responded to a report of a front door of a business was reportedly smashed out.
He is charged with third-degree burglary and fourth-degree criminal mischief. More charges are pending an investigation.
Perll was handcuffed as he ran to a boat docked at the nearby inlet. During the booking process, the suspect exhibited behavior which “led officers to fear for his well being,” according to a statement.

My son spent one semester at Ithaca College in the 90s and quit saying that the whole place was haunted! That is the truth. Plus IC was infested with JAPs from Long Island!

Perll was handcuffed as he ran to a boat docked at the nearby inlet.Those Ithaca police must have a lot of experience handcuffing streakers from Ithaca College and Cornell Universtiy.
