Archaeology of The Northern Picts In Scotland
This is a lecture with accompanying presentation- Section 10 details the significance of Rhynie which is thought to be a sort of crossroads of Pictish culture in days of yore. Lots of other artifacts found there, including sculptures, axes, beads, pottery and the like, along with structural evidence (enclosures/palisades) of a royal stronghold in Rhynie.
