Art Bell, radio's master of the paranormal and outward edges of science, will return to the microphone on Sept. 16 with a new nighttime show on Sirius XM Radio.
Bell was one of radio's top syndicated voices in the 1990s before walking away from his nightly show in 2002 due to family issues. He worked occasionally after that but hasn't been on the air since Halloween 2010.

Art Bell made me listen to his annual Ghost to Ghost show since high school and those shows are mostly uploaded to Youtube. Listening to Noory is like listening to obama, all BS.

I worked at the Plaza hotel in Las Vegas back in the early eighties. Would occasionally have breakfast with Art. Very interesting guy.
I guess this means he has moved back from the Philippines on a, more or less, permanent basis.

Art Bell is a showman, not a talker. He’s reminiscent of old-time-radio in creating theater of the mind, exploring the imagination in the sense of Dimension X or the more recent CBS Radio Mystery Theater. In contrast with many others, this is a great move by Sirius XM!
I always liked him because he was open about the fact that a lot of stuff on his show was BS but it was up to you to figure it out.
Rolley James is another good self described conspiracy theorist who hits on a lot of truth. One of her greatest shows was when she threw Jesse Ventura off the show for trying to bully her into agreeing that global warming is real because his car overheats sitting in traffic at the Mexican border.

He married that young Philippineo on the rebound after his wife died and they moved to the Philippines. He tried to broadcast from there but I think it was fraught with technical problems. He also had a bad back that plaugued him for years when he fell off a transmission pole from his home in Nevada.
