Happened at a port stop in Alaska. Kitchen must be pretty clean if you can have meat and cheese stored at room temperature in someone's cabin and still get an 82 out of 100.

We should have these guys look for those people no one can find from Benghazi. And these inspectors carry around bottles of concentrated chlorine bleach? Send them to Syria!

Devastating PR to a top tiered Cruise Line.. I’m guessing this is not an inside job known only to a few crew.. The Chef and management would have to know this, the food is inventoried.. This is a stupid move on so many levels.. As a professional, I am applauded to here this...

"Spectacular New Zealand fiords and Australias Outback are but two of the unforgettable destinations encountered aboard Silver Shadow cruises during 2013. In late February Silver Shadow travels to Asia to explore the wonders of the Far East until its time once again to spend the warmer months surrounded by the majesty of Alaska. Come fall, its back to Japan, China and a series of 9-day Vietnam cruises. In December, sailings around Australia and New Zealand are highlighted by a 15-day holiday cruise between Sydney and Auckland."
