The Labor Department is sponsoring a "Smart Phone App contest" to allow customers to report businesses that do not treat "their workers fairly and lawfully." No word on whether a company has to be unionized in order to treat its workers "fairly and lawfully," in the eyes of the Labor Dept.

Is the App in Arabic, Cantonese, mandarin, bangeladesh and Indian languages??
So an APP to let those who are experienced and learned in employment practices and law report QUALIFIED and thoughtful complaints to the government, or a new way for disgruntled employees and customers extract revenge on innocent employers.
So far just Ebonics and Spanish I think.
Why would anyone want to start a business in this country? On top of all the other headwinds, now this. It will only lead to more government intimidation.

This is a soviet style “turn in your neighbor” system on steroids. We are all slaves now.
I can think of plenty of ways for “us” to use this app — just not in the way they intend. :-)

We should use this to report every business we suspect of having illegal aliens working there.
Report every business owned by Dem politicians and Dem contributors.
