Looking at that picture makes me wonder where America went.

Jay Leno, David Letterman, Jimmy Fallon, Jimmy Kimmel, Craig Ferguson ... together they don’t match Carson. He’ll always be the KING of late night. And the guests Carson had on, well, those were real STARS back then. (Can you imagine any of these late-night talk show clowns today interviewing President Reagan? You know they would ask the most inane questions. Though I’m sure the former and late president, with that smile, would have found a way to answer them with grace and dignity.)

Thanks for posting. I watched last Monday's episode which featured Charlton Heston and Debbie Reynolds.

It made me feel sorry for the host Conan O'Brien. The caliber of entertainers available for talk show guests in this era has gone so far downhill since those days.

They should include Jimmy Carter's 1975 appearance on What's My Line where Kitty Carlisle's guess was that "he recruited nuns".
