Let me guess. Obama supporter and wants to get PAID by the evil white man that owns the train that ran into her van. Unless you are blind or drunk how could you NOT tell you were driving onto railroad tracks. First clue - if you what looks like railroad ties and rails and the ride suddenly gets real bumpy you might be on railroad tracks

Last year had a yo-yo drive his car around a barricade and
down a flooded street
We had to go out in boats and fish him off top of car
When questioned by cops why was driving into a flooded road
said
“GPS told me to turn down this street...”
Was charged with ignoring a traffic device.......
