Prestige Assisted Living at Sierra Vista celebrates National Flag Week with an opportunity for local residents to exchange worn-out U.S. flags for new flags, free of charge, beginning June 10.

Prestige invites the community to stop by and receive a brand-new American flag in exchange for worn-out or used flags throughout the week. The flag exchange is limited to the supply of flags at each location, and reservations are encouraged.

To properly dispose of worn flags, Prestige has partnered with the American Legion for a ceremonial disposal of the retired flags at a later date. Funds raised through donations for new, exchanged flags will benefit Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund for Moore, Oklahoma.

The event will take place at 4400 Avenida Cochise Ave., from Monday, June 10 through Friday, June 14 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. To reserve your flag in advance, please call Lezlee at (520) 452-1402.

This is the County that has "Tombstone, the town too Tough to Die!"

Tucson is the Liberal-*****Stain on Arizona's Conservative dress.
