It may be BBell. I did some research and it seems all states pretty much have a ban in place for felons.
That can be expunged by going through the right channels.

Fresno has issues. Detroit? I'd take Fresno. Still signs of life. I'd have written off the Tower District when my grandmother lived there 40 years ago. Not exactly Beverly Hills ... but better now than then.
