God sent them a special revelation. So, yes they exist, and from their perspective you cannot be Jewish unless you respect their special calling.

A deaconess is not a preacher and she may not have authority over men.
The Bible does not contradict itself on this matter. Nothing in Romans 16 changes the prohibition against women speaking in the assembly and having authority over men.
So, have them speak in Sunday school ~ we think you guys are in error however, and there’s plenty of scripture to back us up.
(This doesn't seem to follow. Are you supporting women speaking, teaching and preaching in the assembly? I thought you were arguing for the proposition. I will continue in that vain.)
The Bible does not contradict itself. (It cannot be both A and ~A). For a woman to speak in the assembly and to preach/teach with authority over adult males is in direct violation of the doctrines of 1 Timothy 2 (and 1 Corinthians 14). A church/assembly of believers that permits this shows ignorance and/or blatant disregard for the clear teachings of scripture. (e.g. Twisting [diakonon] to mean women can violate prohibitions against speaking/preaching/teaching).
For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: 4 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) 5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ. (2 Corinthians 10:3-5)
It is a "high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God".
Paul said a lot of things ~ and you and I both know that what might seem to be a contradiction to mere men is actually an astute insight revealed by God ~ just that we are too weak to understand as yet.
Normally one provides concrete examples of his contention. You have not (apart from the Romans 16 twist). I have provided scriptures which are germane and show what the Bible unambiguously teaches about women speaking in the congregation.
Contradiction is not the source of insight. It is confusion. And God endeavors to be clear--he is not the author of confusion.
For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints. [Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience, as also saith the law.] (1 Corinthians 14:32,33)It is not coincidental that these verses are grouped together: confusion and women not keeping silent.
The Bible tells us that we, who have the Holy Spirit, need no man to teach us (usually heresy, some twisting of scripture by those who refuse to accept it on its face).
26 These things have I written unto you concerning them that seduce you. 27 But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him. (1 John 2:26,27)Paul says we can know the truth "and is no lie." Two diametrically opposite things cannot both be true. Here's the truth: Women are not to speak in the congregation/church. They are to remain silent. Nor are they to usurp authority over the man. Some try to twist the context because they don't accept it. They reject the word of God.
Glad you brought up ‘confusion’ ~ you are ‘confused’ ~ I’m not ~ God told me about the false prophets. In time all will be made clear ~ God acts through the Holy Spirit as well as through his inspirations of men, and through Jesus’ words.
