It looks like it might have more potential than some of the other new offerings.

I saw the trailer for Rake; it didn’t hold my attention.

Sleepy Hollow was so so. It might lend itself more to a mini-series.

Almost Human seems interesting.

Networks cancelled or pulled about 38 programs this season, so they are needing a lot of replacements.

How about this one:

““Back in the Game” (Wednesdays at 8:30): Comedy about a former All Star softball player divorces her husband, loses everything, and moves back to her estranged father’s house in her hometown, where she tries to form an emotional connection with her dad, and coach her son’s athletically-challenged Little League team.”

Sounds like some lame feminized version of “Eastbound & Down”.

Almost Human seems interesting.

Haven't heard of that one; its title reminds me of a series of movies "Not Quite Human."

looks interesting.

the underlying concept that heroes are not heroes because of their powers but what they do with them... can be a good moral story... if they don’t start pandering social justice and raging against capitalism and big business

Josh doesn’t seem to do that.

let’s hope he doesn’t cave to the progressives

Joss is at least open to promoting conservative and/or libertarian ideas in his movies (and TV shows).

AFAIK, he is not a conservative, but at least he is willing to allow a more conservative point of view to come across.
