Geez, I completely missed that this week was a Saturday race.
Friday was the opener at our track so was out there and Saturday was test and tune...
1st race of the series is next Saturday so will try check in along the way...

Lol .. does that bring back memories of sailing days gone by. We have been kind to our room stewards .. so far. I love the spas.. all kinds of steam baths and stuff, if ya gotta meltdown, it’s a great place to do it..
PS.. my nephew farmer is still racing at the old clay dirt mud 1\2 mile track,, it’s part of the NASCAR family racing series.. it’s a family tradition,, I’ve had a few give it a whirl over the years.. sadly, I was the black sheep and rode motorcycle.

4-7” forecast for me (although we fall into the to 10” band).
We have have had fierce winds for several days and it was so bad today that it blew 4 heavy steel patio chairs across the lawn. It does keep the fog away but you can’t do any yard work...
we hit 92 here two days ago and the rest of the week may get even hotter.. winds may blow hard tonight,, dang pool is a pain sometimes.. other than that, my season is toast.. all I need now is some chokecherry jelly.. oh well, north to alaska in a month or so.. too early for huckelberries. oh vell.. fortunately, I no longer have patio furniture.. I think the squirrels recycled the aluminium and bought nuts. I’’ll ask the captain when we passed Eureka next month.. hope it doesn’t disturb the whales or kayakers.
Swamp the kayakers but keep your hands off our whales. Three Abalone divers drowned last weekend, one near Fort Brag, one on the Sonoma coast and one down your way. Are you a cursing full time now?
The snow has started. Started with big, wet snowflakes. Only a few minutes of it had filled the DirecTV dish and the television was out. Had to go out with a broom to get CSI back on for the spousal unit.
