Woman Sues Doc After Suction Tube Breaks Off During Abortion

They say abortion is safe for women and abortions are a matter of the bests interests regarding women’s health, but another abortion malpractice lawsuit puts those claims to rest again.

According to pro-life blogger Jill Stanek, a new malpractice lawsuit involves an abortion that went awry when the suction tube used to vacuum the body of the unborn child broke off into the woman’s uterus so badly she needed surgery.

The abortion practitioner, who is supposed to be the finest guardian of women’s health according to Planned Parenthood, cared so little for the woman’s medical well-being that he sent her to a medical clinic further away than one that could have provided her emergency care.

Pro-life investigator Lynn Mills has just notified me of a new malpractice lawsuit filed against abortionist Kalo on January 13.

It is a bizarre read. In July 2011, Kalo told a mother in the process of getting an abortion that he had to stop, because a suction tube broke off inside her uterus and he couldn’t get it out. He wrote her a prescription and told her to drive to the emergency room at Hutzel Hospital in Detroit rather than a hospital closer to his mill in West Bloomfield.

The ER doctor couldn’t get the instrument out either, and the mother had to have it surgically removed. It turns out the tube was embedded in her uterine wall. She’s now suing for $25,000.

You can’t make this stuff up.

Abortion malpractice lawsuits are not new — as a woman in Ohio is suing for a failed abortion and her lawsuit came to light recently.

In a bizarre case out of Ohio, a woman who experienced a botched abortion, where her baby lived, is suing the abortion practitioner who performed the procedure for failing to take the live of her six-month-old baby.

Don’t get 22-year-old Ariel Knights wrong, she is thrilled to have her child, whom she calls a “miracle,” but she is suing the abortion practitioner and the abortion clinic for shoddy medical practice. Knights went to have an abortion because she has a rare medical condition where she was born with two uteruses and she worried about the medical complications associated with a pregnancy.

However, abortion practitioners have a history of using bankruptcy to avoid paying out malpractice suits.

I wouldn’t give her a penny. Why should this participant in murder get paid because the murder went bad.

You buys your ticket ,you takes your ride.

They need discovery ,, those tubes don’t break ,, they are unbelievably tough and somewhat expensive ,, I’d bet anything the tube was used on literally thousands of women before it broke, spreading std’s. ,, Gosnell admitted used his “single use” items until they broke...

How great would it be to have “certified mail” go out to all this killers patients informing them that he willingly exposed them to other persons blood and pathogens...

$25,000 is a nuisance suit. The doc’s insurance company will settle for $10k to $15k and the woman’s ambulance chasing lawyer will convince her to take it. She needs a pro-life attorney who will file a real lawsuit who can put this murderer out of business.
