CPS comes and charges you with child abuse, the kid learns he can do anything and the government will ensure there is no consequences.
So.. he does “gallon spashing”... Possibly the stupidest new ‘prank’ i have ever heard of, because he has no clue what level of idiocy he can get aw2ay with, and the finally have to arrest him.
They have got to put these punks in jail for quite a while and fine them heavily if they’re ever going to stop this crap. If they pussy-foot with these punks that’re doing this, they’ll just encourage this to go on.
Jail time . . . heavy fines . . . criminal records
We need to employ Singapore’s method of disciplining with a good cane lashing.

I realize pranks, especially ones done by teenagers, generally are pretty dumb. That said, I honestly don’t get the appeal of this one. Smashing a couple of jugs of milk and then rolling around in it? Whoopee.
I would force them to lick up every last drop of the milk.
That’s because they face possible charges for imitating an Internet prank
1) Walmart isn't the internet; it's a real, physical business.
2) Vandalism and theft (and a host of other misdesignated acts) are not "pranks"; short-sheeting your roomie is a prank.
