The kid should have said: “You have a dirty mind. That’s not a GUN, it is a representation of my PENIS!” Everything would have been fine, and the kid would have been sent to gay-lifestyle orientation classes.

Time to get rid of the letter “L” and the number “7” too then. Imagine the chaos if they were both turned on their sides?

While we’re at it remove the letter “C” as it resembles an islamic crescent. Also “t” because it resembles a cross.

Public school = stupidity.
Political correctness = tyranny and censorship.

Thank goodness they caught the little bugger before he could nibble a cookie into an AR-15.

This current spate of what seems like insane sensitivity to firearms looks dumb now, but it is all conditioning for when the kids grow up and vote.

Imagine the RKBA debates when 40% of the USA is conditioned to fear guns, and to hate and shun RKBA supporters.

The oppressors can plan for the long haul, we are seeing it now. Heck already anyone under 40 thinks we live in a democracy, to give an example of conditioning in schools.

Punishing a kid for accidentally creating a forbidden image is thought control in action, crimethink being punished.

Leftists own education. This kind of crap has been going on for decades and has only gotten worse and worse. I see absurd stories like this almost daily now. And for the most part, conservatives do nothing. A very few home school or put their kids in private schools, but most just complain or shake their heads and proclaim (my favorite) “my kids school is not like that”. Right.

The absurdity just goes on. What bothers me the most is the intense brainwashing of our youth that guns are bad, guns are evil, anyone who has a gun for any purpose is yucky. My own grandson once wore a Guns’n Roses t-shirt to preschool which only had the name of the band on it, and they were horrified. They made him turn his shirt inside out and treated him like a felon all day long. It won’t be long until they are offering rewards to kids to tell whose parents have guns.

I read another account of this story yesterday that states that the teacher became aware of the offending tart when the boy picked it up and was acting as if he was holding a pistol, complete with "bang, bang" noises.

So...I kind of doubt the kid's 'mountain' story.

Either way, the teacher is the one who should be suspended for being such a friggin' dolt.

Makes perfect sense: Instill a sense of shame and guilt into children as early as possible regarding anything associated with guns; the more ridiculous the reason, the better. Presto, future anti-gun person. (The libs hope.)

Hmmm. Rotate it 90 degrees counter-clockwise, and you have the state of Idaho...

No less beleivable than a gun...

The real insanity is to continue to destroy our children’s minds and deliberately destroy this country by sending kids to government run indoctrination centers.

WTF do we think will happen if we continue to let communist union scum teach our kids/grand kids?

1) If you or your spouse has the time, home school your children/grandchildren. BEST POSSIBLE METHOD

2) If you don’t have the time (seriously??) but have the money, send your children/grandchildren to private schools more aligned with the brilliance of the Founders.

3) Least effective but better than what we are doing now, a charter school more aligned with real American values.

4) Continue to be part of the problem and contributing to the destruction of everything given to us by the Founders who risked not just a few hours of their time or a few dollars but risked everything.

That is not a gun.
It is not in the shape of a gun.
The boy was not trying to chew pastry in the shape of a gun.

The school has violated his rights. This is a criminal offense. The perpetrator needs to go to jail.

The parents need to sue for civil damages.

I’m sick of it.

just because I think its the “agenda” I have to wonder...Baltimore is a largely black populated city isn’t it?....was this teacher a black person?...it seems that the white kids always get in trouble for this junk and I wonder if little black kids face the same?...anyone know...???

The kid should claim Stand Your Ground. He had to make a popgun out of his poptart to defend himself against a kid across the table who threatened him with high capacity pistol made out of toast. Evidence??? — he ate it.

If I were this kids parents, I would take the teacher and the school board to court and sue for millions... Show me where the crime was. Pop- Tarts are now considered a weapon?
Then I would take that pop tart and see how far up the teachers ass I could shove it.
Is there any real men out there? Or are there only sheep.
How far away are the cattle cars and ovens at this point.

There has never been a red-blooded American boy who never used a ruler or a pencil for an impromptu gun.
