Can someone tell me about the level of violence in the films Lincoln, Django Unchained and Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter. How violent are they and do they show whips and such.

Lincoln did not contain much violence... the worst was a few ‘After the battle” shot on a battlefield...

Lincoln only had two violent scenes, but they were just war scenes. Django Unchained was violent but in a cartoon sorta way. I did not see Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter.

"...and Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter. How violent are they and do they show whips and such."

Saw Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter at the drive-in. Lincoln uses the ax from his rail-splitting days to do away with vampires. Can't remember if he used a pike as well. CGI gore the likes of "True Blood." It's a horror flick that plays fast and furious with historical facts, so yeah, there's violence and gore.
