The San Bernardino, Calif., resident had been arrested after failing to appear in court for two traffic violations, and his best friend, Buzz Lightyear, was impounded A.)The guy gets two tickets.
B.) He does not show up (or I presume pay the tickets)
C.) So he is arrested
(so far logical)
D.) They impound his dog
Eh? Ok, how does D follow A, B & C here?
