BRADENTON, Fla., - Authorities in Florida said they arrested a woman accused of "kicking people in the genitals" on the street.
The Manatee County Sheriff's Office said a deputy responded around 2:45 p.m. Tuesday in Bradenton to a report of a "female in the street kicking people in genitals and running around," the Bradenton Herald reported Friday.
Katina Collins, who matched the description of the suspect, walked away from the approaching deputy and allegedly spun around when he followed her and punched him in the face, knocking off his sunglasses.
The deputy was able to wrestle Collins to the ground and she allegedly tried to scratch his face while he put the handcuffs on her.
Collins was arrested on a charge of battery on an officer and taken to the Manatee County jail in lieu of $1,500 bond.
Police did not give a motive for Collins' alleged groin attacks.

There was a report in a SC daily paper about a man who assaulted a woman. The paper reported:
As the victim began removing items from the vehicle so the suspect wouldn’t be able to take them, the suspect removed his genitals, “fondled” himself and told the victim to “touch it,” according to the report.
He must have been in a great deal of pain, yet he continued with the assault. I believe he may be the son of this woman who was kicking the groins on the street.
I don’t know about Laz but I would rather be kicked in the groin!!!
Although some of the responses to this post are humorous, this could become a major problem. Although we can never entirely stop women from kicking guys in their privates, we can at least make these assaults more rare. I call on the Congress to enact a ban on steel toed boots.
