There are some good reasons for circumcision.Not that many, and none I'd take as a good enough reason.

I have known 3 men that had to be circumcised as adults. For health reasons. It was extremely unpleasant.
Be that as it may, there are better reasons for circumcision than a decorative tattoo on a child.
