Yeah I was looking for the name of the franchise owner but didn’t see it. Insurance fraud is pretty common among that bunch so it wouldn’t surprise me if there was some kind of scam going on here.
I have a friend who opened up the first Baskin Robbins ice cream drive thru in Michigan and it was located at 23 mile and Gratiot in Chesterfield Twp.
After about two years, the foundation started sinking, walls cracking........you name it. He had to sue the contractor who built the building, with no help from the Baskin Robbins corporation..........He lost the site and the franchise but he did settle with the contractor.
