What crime was Joe Paterno accused of? The AG praised his cooperation, and he was a witness for the prosecution Apart from that fact that anything Joepa might have testified to would be classed as hearnosay, wouldn't that fact that he was dead prevent him giving evidence?

Joe testified before the Grand Jury in 2011. Maybe “witness for the prosecution” was a misplaced term. “Witness for the State” at that point?

He gave it unless you are insinuating that there was more to his testimony than he gave...........
Paterno did what he was supposed to do, report to his superiors....Unless you've never been in the military, it's called "Chain of Command".....
