Awesome game.Earlier that season the Longhorns traveled to Columbus to play a close game against my Buckeyes squad. Big win for Texas, and a heat breaker for the Buckeyes.Vince Young, A.J. Hawk match up was fun to watch.

Greatest ever was Texas Longhorns vs USC Trojans in the 2006 Rose Bowl.Sorry, but the 1992 Sugar Bowl has that beat. BAMA V. Miami. George Teague chasing down Lamar Thomas and taking the ball away from him was the greatest play I ever saw.

No, the greatest college game ever was the 1949 Raisin Bowl between the Occidental College Tigers and the Colorado A & M (now Colorado State) Aggies. The Tigers won 21-20 in the final moments of the game to conclude their 1948 season with a 9-0 record.
