J.D. Walsh, co-star of Dark Skies died 15 years ago (of a heart attack while having a "spiritual detox")

The Purif?

Good to hear your weather has improved! I used to get really cold all the time. Then, after surgery, I turned into a red hot mama. November here is tank top weather, and December calls for short-sleeved T shirts. Jacket weather finally arrived in January. Spring and summer here is very, very humid. The women have amazing complexions; come to think of it, so do most of the men.

After my car accident, since I was so deeply in shock, I have a hard time staying warm. I actually don’t warm up until the temps get around 100. The rest of the time, I wear long-sleeved shirts and jeans. And if the wind is blowing to lower the temp on the skin, you will see me in a hoodie.

My skin looks good for being as old as I am. Must be my Native American heritage. ;o]

Zero didn’t come from this galaxy. To say so would be an insult to the entire Galactic Federation!

Oh. Welcome to the Undead Thread, aka The Flying castle!

Learn something new every day. I’ve been a fan of Mozilla since it was called “Mozilla.”

Another visitor to Xagthrath the Grumbling Rug?
More to spread the glorious news of our unspeakable visitors from beyond?
Namely the sentient fruitcake creature and the stale tuna melt that has begun waylaying people in the kitchens?
/ just kidding.
Welcome to the January Undead Thread Moonman!

Lessee, there’s Internut Exploder, Fireflog, Glooble Crud browser, one that sounds like a terrible communicable disease that I never can recall the name of until I run across it and go “Oh No!”
And others.
Oh yes, others.
Once upon a time there was Netscrap Negator, when coupled with an AOL skin it became somewhat of an anti-Voltron.
One shudders to think of the horrors yet to be unleashed upon our web browsing lives.
Obviously it’s the fault of aliens.
Who else could come up with such idiotic ideas as “Hey, let’s have an activ-x tag that opens your browser up to massive drive by attacks, and have it be required to view most websites!”
[Example above from many versions of Internut Exploder of course.]

The Optimum Health Institute in Lemon Grove, California where Walsh died isn't affiliated with Scientology but with something called the Free Sacred Trinity Church.

This is the first I've ever heard of them but it looks like some people have called them a cult.

FWIW, I got his name wrong. He was J.T. Walsh. J.D. Walsh is another actor who is still alive.

That’s Internut Exploder.

The one I’m thinking of has like .2% browser market share.

So Medvedev was referring to a Russian “documentary film” titled Men in Black, not the Hollywood blockbuster by the same name...

What does he mean? I got very accurate information about his part of the world from the documentary 'Borat'. :)
