Fake...no commotion from other passengers and the vid keeps zooming in and out. If you were seeing something amazing wouldn’t you lock the camera on it and keep it zoomed in?

It is an ice light reflecting of the engine nacelle. It is way to fixed in relation to the aircraft to not be coming from the aircraft.
Ice lights are cockpit controlled lights to see if ice is accumulating on wing or engine nacelle leading edges.

sorry, but it’s an obvious attempt a fooling the public?
Why do I say so?
because the person filming KNOWS the trick of reflections being used to fake a video, and shows it’s not a reflection in the window by moving his hand such that you can see the reflection overlapping the image.
To demonstrate this activity DURING the filming means you are thinking ahead about making the video seem realistic.
