Surprisingly so. Heard about it while watching The next Iron Chef, where one of the judges, Simon Majumdar opined that Bleu cheese and peanut butter was one of his favorite sandwiches.
I happened to have on hand a fresh jar of Adam’s Crunchy peanut butter and some local Idaho Bleu cheese. Laid on a thin slab of bleu and spread some Adam’s over that. Astonishingly good. Not great for your diet, but a real every-now-and-then treat.
Well I’m going to have to try that! Is Adam’s a natural style PB? I’m so hungry right now. Wish I had some blue cheese.
