So, let me get this straight.....
Obama wants less energy, less economic activity, more food stamps, more unemployment checks, more government spending, more dependency.
And we shouldn't stock up on supplies to prepare for no electricity, no fuel, closed businesses and no stores open with foods available. And we shouldn't have to fight off those that may want to take what we have? No guns. Then what....????
Should we just lay down and die? Our society is seriously broken down.
Look where libs have taken us to.
My vision is:
LEAVE ME ALONE
I believe the most basic human right is to be left alone in peace if they are not disturbing others.

It is the new story of the Ant and the Grasshopper. Only they want us to give EVERYTHING to the grasshoppers who don’t work, and we ants are not supposed to PREPARE and save anything for ourselves.
That’s all preppers want. Let us live our lives without intrusion. Reagan’s speach:

When obamacare was passed, I vowed, throw me in jail. I’m not participating in unconstitutional government. I’m ready to defend our constitution.
I hate to see what is happening but I have assurance, by relying on myself, that I will be fine. I also have the loyalty of my Yorkie, and most of all, God is here for me.
As the Bible says, “I fear no evil for God is with me.”
Got guns, got ammo? Both could be in short supply soon.
Sadly yes I saw this coming. I’ve posted and posted and yet still there are scoffers.
People need to wake-up and shake off their blinders of normalcy bias,what is happening in Washington is NOT NORMAL! What we are being driven to American hasn’t seen since 1861.
I am beginning to think ‘Bama’ doesn’t see himself so much as Messiah, but as the ‘NEW’ Lincoln with a destiny to become as revered and embedded in America as Lincoln himself is.
Our only hope is to make sure our state governments stand-up for their rights and hold fast against the tide of oppression that is going to come out of Washington. right now they need something and someone to blame for the fact that they have totally ‘hosed’ everything and the ‘preppers’, evangelical Christians, gun owners and Tea Party activist will be among the first to get squeezed.
Me to. at 56 all i keep saying is “i never thought that i would see the day that.....
I told my family i fought the good fight for 12 years and if america chose this man knowing what he has done... that i would shift my focus to preparing the family for what is coming. . the believers are being warned. how else can you explain millions of us doing what we are doing

At 61, I’m thinking the same thing. I came to the party late - about 15 years ago. Never too late to wake up, I suppose.
Thanks for the ping. That’s what I told my Hubby this AM. If you have a gun you want, better get it soon. Within a month or so maybe even less, it might not be legal.

You know what is really frightening? They want you to wait for FEMA to come in and confiscate everything you own including your prep supplies.
