Now that’s not something I know anything about. Still I’ probably cut off about 5”, pull off all but about 3 leaves on the lower part. Dip it in rooting powder or solution, and stick it in moist dirt in a pot. Cover the pot with a clear plastic bottle to make a little hot house and see what happens.
Thank you greeneyes. I’ll do just that. Gardening is great! I spent some time clearing the acorns in my front raised garden. Man O Man, the drought really put some reproduction in some of the oak trees. I’m going to start some Live Oak trees from these acorns and see if I’m successful. When they get some size, I’ll plant them along the edge of the property and twine their branches while they’re young and bendable. Then I’ll do the same along the driveway and remove the legustrum.
