Thank you greeneyes. I’ll do just that. Gardening is great! I spent some time clearing the acorns in my front raised garden. Man O Man, the drought really put some reproduction in some of the oak trees. I’m going to start some Live Oak trees from these acorns and see if I’m successful. When they get some size, I’ll plant them along the edge of the property and twine their branches while they’re young and bendable. Then I’ll do the same along the driveway and remove the legustrum.

Gardening is great, I agree. Another great thing is cooking and eating the produce. Tonight I picked some stuff from the winter garden and I had a little green onions and carrots to add to some wild and brown rice I had cooked from my pantry stash.

Also a salad made from my lettuce, onions, carrots and tomatoes. All to go with some baked fish.

Now if I could just figure out how to raise some fish in a tank here in the cold of winter....LOL.
