Yeah, I also have been using them for about a year. Great results, private, etc. The only thing I had to get used to was the slight slowness in making connections to the site, due to the SSL connection (but in fairness, it might be my 10 year old computer). Not more than 1-2 seconds...
Must be your computer or your connection. I just went there and the page connected and loaded immediately.
