It has been my experience that when cops roused my acquaintences from a boozy slumber in their car at 0230 it was for the sobriety test, trip to jail and booking on DUI charges. I know a couple of people that happened to. Maybe it would have worked out better if they had treated him like they would any other drunk sleeping in his car.

I wouldn’t worry about the the details because girl #2 is not telling the real story obviously.

Zackly. If yer in the front seat yer blowing into the thing and if you fail yer going to jail.

So looks like the cops could have stopped the whole thing if once again they didnt give a celeb a pass.

I had a friend arrested for sleeping in his car in Belle Meade section of Nashville..a park..Percy Warner

the charge...overnight vagrancy

He was simply tired and didn’t want to drive the 50 miles home ..never drinks

Instead, they treated him like they would any other drunk sleeping in his Bentley.

Don’t know about everywhere, but in some jurisdictions you’re guilty of DUI if you go to sleep in the front seat, but not if you crawl into the back before passing out.
