What the heck is the soldier with the notepad always writing about? He’s in a lot of photos.

“Dear Diary: today the great leader looked at me and smiled in his special way. I knew he was thinking about our night of passion last night. Will he propose? All the other girls would be so jealous. Have to go now. He needs me to show him how to use a spoon....again.”

You see this in almost every photo of Jong-un. I wonder if these guys get together later to compare their notes to see if they all got the same “to-do” list from him but I doubt these guys are going to dispute Jong-un if he says he did or did not say or order something to be done. Actually, this is common in military units but here it is so obvious.
