I figure it will take them a several years to get around to worrying about costa rica. Wonder if my retirement nest egg goes a lot further there?

Bottom line - we are on a firm course to destroy the dollar - the world reserve currency.

There are many powerful and influential people that will be there to create a new world currency using the World Bank/UN. It’s not as far fetched as it sounds and my personal opinion (no expertise claimed) is that this will bring about the mark of the beast the bible talks about. You will need this (whatever it is) currency to conduct commerce. The nation that will be most free when this happens (Israel) will also be the most dangerous place to be.

With that said, Costa Rica is a beautiful place with much to offer. The major concern to me would be security. What if America can no longer afford her military and the next Hugo Chavez decides he wants to annex Costa Rica?

Regardless, it’s your dime so best of luck to you and God bless. I’m going to remove my tinfoil hat and find some grub. :)

So instead of Obama taking every thing away from you here you are content to let a foreign country confiscate all your treasure down there. Okay, your choice. My daughter was wanting to move there for years so finally went down there to see for herself. We have two different friends down there or at least WERE down there and both are back in the US now. Rain, bugs, not friendly, cheaper, yes if that is all you care about.
